Hi, I’m Olivia.
I’m a freelance fundraising consultant, charity CEO and a small charity expert.
I am an award-winning and experienced small charity leader with over 15 years’ experience of working in the charity and voluntary sector. I am passionate about small charities and have extensive experience of fundraising, marketing, charity leadership, strategy, budgeting and project management. My expertise includes strategy, organisational development, leadership and management, facilitation and public speaking.
I am the co-founder and Chief Executive of Kids Club Kampala, a successful international development children’s charity. A passionate champion of small charities, I am a proud trustee of the Small International Development Charities Network (SIDCN), and a member of the UK Small Charities Advisory Panel.
I work with Fair Collective as a freelance charity consultant and have provided support, advice and training to numerous small charity clients. A gifted public speaker, I also speak, preach and teach in various charity, community and church contexts.
“Olivia was instrumental in the early days of establishing Elayos. Her experience and expertise have proven to be invaluable to us as a charity throughout the years.”
